Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using TiydoHost’s hosting services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy. TiydoHost reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.

1. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

1.1 Illegal or Harmful Use: Any use of our services for illegal activities or to transmit harmful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

1.2 Unauthorized Access: Attempting unauthorized access to networks, systems, or data, including any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of systems without authorization.

1.3 Resource Abuse: Excessive use of resources that adversely impacts server performance or other users, including but not limited to CPU, memory, disk usage, or network resources.

1.4 Spam and Unsolicited Communication: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or any form of spam. Users must comply with CAN-SPAM Act regulations.

1.5 Intellectual Property Violation: Use of our services in a manner that violates intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent infringement.

2. Content Guidelines

Users are responsible for the content they publish or host through our services. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

2.1 Illegal Content: Content that violates any local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations.

2.2 Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content promoting hate speech, discrimination, violence, or intolerance towards individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

2.3 Malware and Malicious Content: Content that contains malware, viruses, or any other malicious code that could harm or disrupt systems or networks.

3. Enforcement

TiydoHost reserves the right to take necessary actions, including but not limited to suspension or termination of services, in response to violations of this Policy. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required.
