1. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Hosting Services: Refunds are eligible within 30 days from the date of purchase for new hosting accounts. This applies to shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated server plans.
b. Domain Registrations: Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Once a domain name is registered or renewed, it cannot be cancelled and is yours for the duration of the registration term.
2. Refund Process
a. Hosting Services: To request a refund for hosting services, you must submit a cancellation request through our designated support channel within the specified refund period. Any request after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
b. Exceptions: In certain cases, exceptions to the refund policy may apply, such as account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
a. Setup Fees: Any setup fees associated with your hosting account are non-refundable.
b. Additional Services: Fees for additional services, add-ons, or customizations are non-refundable.
4. Refund Method
a. Hosting Services: Refunds for hosting services will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
b. Timelines: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of the refund request approval.
5. Modification of Services
a. Changes: Any modifications or upgrades made to the service after the initial purchase may affect the eligibility for refunds. The refund policy will apply based on the terms of the modified service.
